Mini Tacos {Recipe}
I almost hate to call this a recipe, because it’s really just tacos, made mini.
Seriously, tacos are one of the most simple things to make, it’s just throwing a bunch of things together to make something yummy. And if there’s anything you like on your taco or taco salad normally, you can put it on these little babies too!
They are so cute and would be perfect for any type of party. I’m thinking these will be at next year’s Superbowl party for sure.
You’ll need all of your regular taco or taco salad items, like taco meat (use my homemade taco seasoning here), lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, or whatever you like.
The only different ingredient you’ll need is won ton wrappers.
Prepare your taco meat with my homemade taco seasoning.
Put your won ton wrappers in a muffin tin.
Add meat and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 7-10 minutes. Just watch it, and you’ll know they’re done when the cheese is all melted and the edges of your wrappers turn brown.
You can leave it like this, just meat and cheese if you are afraid of vegetables, like my husband is.
Or load it up with all the good stuff!
My favorite thing to add is corn!
These are so easy, and yummy. My kids eat them much better than regular tacos because they are easier to eat…. and let’s be honest, they are a novelty. That always seems to help.
I’m totally trying that. Genius!!
