Pretzel Rolls Recipe
Do your kids come home from school acting like they’ve never eaten before? Mine are like ravaging wolves after they get home. So the other day I was prepared for the after school grumbling, and had freshly baked Pretzel Rolls hot out of the oven waiting for them when they walk in the door. My kids were super surprised and super excited to gobble these little babies up. I felt like mom of the year- which is a stretch for me! haha.
These Pretzel Rolls are super simple to make. You use Rhodes Bake-n-Serv rolls, but you don’t have to wait for them to raise, so you don’t have to spend all day working on an afternoon snack. Or you could even let your kids help to make these. My kids thought these were SO cool.
We dipped them in a little butter, and they tasted just like a real, authentic soft pretzel. They would also be really great dipped in cheese sauce, topped with parmesan cheese, or sprinkled with a little cinnamon and sugar.
And now my kids expect a hot treat every day when they get home from school. I have a feeling that’s not going to happen, but at least for one day, I was the coolest mom on the block!
