The Best Cordless Vacuum for Families

I’m excited to tell you about my new favorite cordless vacuum for our family!

I have been on a quest to teach my kids how to pitch in and help take care of our home and keep it clean.

I have found that if I expect them to help out, I need to provide them with the tools to be able to succeed. These tools to success include teaching them, being a good example of helping out, and having cleaning supplies and tools that they are able to use– like a good cordless vacuum.

Our family recently started using the Hoover ONEPWR vacuums, and it has changed the way my kids are able to help out. We love how easy and convenient it is to clean with these cordless vacuums.

I am smitten by our Hoover ONEPWR Evolve Pet Cordless Upright Vacuum. We don’t have pets, but our kids make enough of a mess, I knew I wanted a cordless vacuum to handle all four of them!

I love that it is small enough that my kids can use it themselves, but powerful enough to do a great job! It weighs about half of what our old vacuum weighs, but has the same (if not more) power and capacity.

Maybe my favorite thing about this cordless vacuum is that it can transition from carpet to hard floors, so my kids don’t need to switch between a vacuum and a broom. This little vacuum handles any type of flooring, so it’s super convenient!

The Best Handheld Vacuum

We also have the Hoover ONEPWR Dust Chaser Cordless Handheld Vacuum. I love this because it is the perfect size for my 5 year old. He walks around and gets up all the dust and crumbs in the hard to reach areas.

We also love this little vacuum to keep our car clean and tidy. Recently, we went on a 1200 mile road trip to Yellowstone. We kept the Dust Chaser in our car with us, and it proved to be super handy to keep the crumbs and dirt under control.

And I love that I can just grab this little Dust Chaser and quickly vacuum up small areas. I use it on window seals, stairs, railings, in between the couch cushions, and inside drawers and cabinets. It’s so easy to use and I love that I don’t have to mess with finding an outlet, dragging cords around, and all that hassle!

The Best Cordless Vacuum Battery System

Maybe the best part of these cordless vacuums is just that! They are CORDLESS!! They run off of the ONEPWR battery. That means that every Hoover ONEPWR vacuum takes the exact same battery.

We have a little spot in our pantry where we keep our vacuums, and the ONEPWR Dual Bay Battery Charger. When we get done using the vacuums, we pop the batteries on the charger and they are ready for next time.

I love that all of the ONEPWR cordless vacuums use the exact same battery, so I don’t have to keep track of 4 different batteries and chargers for 4 different vacuums. I can just switch the battery between my Evolve Pet Cordless Upright Vacuum and my Dust Chaser Handheld Vacuum. Plus any other vacuums in this family will fit the same battery, which seems to never die! I can vacuum my whole house on one charge!
